Please take note that free months for the initial registration of the TM6 will only be credited once to the Cookidoo® account that was used at the very beginning. After the credit has been issued, it cannot be given a second time or transferred to another Cookidoo® account. Therefore, the BEST PRACTICE would be for you to register in advance on Cookidoo® so that the Thermomix® will be registered on your account.
In case you are not yet registered on the device:
When the TM6 comes to your home and our advisor visits you to show you how it works, in case he/she registers with their own user data on your device, the serial number will be registered on their account. The TM serial number is visible on the bottom of the unit and indicates who owns the unit.
If this happens, the advisor will make sure they delete at the end of the demonstration the new Thermomix® from their account. The necessary steps to achieve this are as follows:
- go to Cookidoo®
- click on their email address
- choose "account" from the drop-down list
in the list on the left, click on "my devices" and deactivate the newly added device by matching the serial number with your device.
