Can the TM7 also bake?
While the TM7 isn't an oven, steaming baking recipes, like cakes, is possible using the Varoma®.
Is it possible to make TM7 continue stirring when the recipe is ready in order to prevent the food from burning?
Once a recipe is finished and the heating is off, the food will not burn in the mixing bowl. Nevertheless, if the goal is to keep the contents of mixing bowl warm for some time, the best option is to keep it in the closed mixing bowl until serving or running Manual Mode the necessary time at a very slow speed with reverse rotation and a medium temperature like 50 C. Please note: The latter option could harm food or ingredients, depending on the recipe.
Warm Up mode is not recommended in that case, as its goal is to gently reheat a meat, not to keep it warm. Therefore it would not run for long enough if contents of the mixing bowl are already hot.
