Whenever the robot is reset, the app has to be closed (without logging off). When the app restarts, please go into the Robot Menu in the top right of the screen, click on the gear icon for the relevant robot, and then click on the green button at the bottom of the screen marked “reset and restart.” This will start the integration process in the same way as the first time the robot was integrated into the account, but this time the floor plan and recent cleaning lists will remain stored and available for you to view.
