Cause:
One or both wheels of the robot are blocked.
Recommendations:
- Check if the wheels are blocked by objects and remove them.
- When putting the robot down after removing any objects blocking the wheels, please make sure to put the robot back on the floor at the spot where you picked it up. Please also make sure that it's facing in the same driving direction as it was when you picked it up.
If the error should occur again or you're not able to see any objects blocking the wheel(s), please contact customer support.
