Recommended action:
Please restart your robot vacuum cleaner.
To do this, please remove the robot from the base station, press down the green Start button on your robot until it switches off.
Press the green Start button again or put the robot back on the base station to switch your robot back on.
Do NOT use force to push on the start button. A light press is enough to activate it.
If the error occurs again, please contact the Customer Service team.
In the Kobold Robot app I’m getting the message: “To continue, press the button on the robot” (error code 4000). Why?
