• Can liquids or damp dirt also be sucked up with the VB100?

  No, that would damage the device.

• The LED display of my VB100 flashes red.

  Please have the device checked by the Vorwerk repair service.

• What am I to do if my VB100 has become wet?

  If the filter room has become damp, dry it before further use. Replace the Kobold FB100 filter bag and the Kobold VB100 motor protection filter.

• The LEDs on my VB100 glow yellow

  The following causes are possible: the filter bag is full the carpet is too dense the suction paths are blocked
