Cookidoo® subscriptions can be purchased through the iOS app using the Apple App Store. In-app subscription purchases are currently not available through the Android app.
Please note that subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store:
- may have a different price from subscriptions purchased directly through Cookidoo®;
- are managed directly by Apple;
- must be managed through your Apple account for questions about access, renewal, price, cancellation, or refunds.
As Apple is the contract partner for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, Vorwerk Customer Care cannot access or manage these subscriptions.
