Producing the Thermomix® we ensure the best quality materials. The housing of the Thermomix® TM5 and TM6 is composed of high-quality plastic. Mixing bowl and knife are made of high-quality stainless steel.
All materials that come into contact with food are carefully selected and comply with current legal regulations. Chemical-analytical tests are regularly carried out by independent institutes and changes in legal regulations and new developments in material science are closely monitored so that we can react directly to new scientific findings and optimize the performance of the Thermomix by modifying the materials if necessary.
None of the materials in the Thermomix® TM5 and TM6 that come into contact with food contain plasticizers, bisphenol A (BPA) or bisphenol S (BPS).
