How to buy an annual subscription?
To purchase an annual subscription, go to the "Account" section in your Cookidoo® profile on the web. Click on "Membership" and then on the green "Subscribe again" button. You will be guided trough the check-out process. Please check, if the "Country" shown is the correct one, to receive the invoice for the country, currency and tax amount you need. According to the country you can pay in Euro, USD, GBP, PLN, CHF, CZK. Independent from the tax, the end price of the membership is always the same amount.
The annual subscription is paid in full and automatically renews unless "Cancel Membership" is selected in "Account."
Payments can be made using Credit Card (Mastercard / Visa) or PayPal.
You can check the status of your subscription at any time under Account > Membership.
How is the subscription renewed?
Only the annual subscription will be extended. The 30-day and 3-month trial will end automatically unless if the payment method is added and the auto-renewal is active.
The subscription will be automatically renewed after 12 months using the payment method saved in your account when you first purchased the subscription.
Before the renewal, we will send you a notification via email, giving you the opportunity to cancel if needed.
How to cancel / withdraw the different types of subscription?
For the annual subscription, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the initial purchase or contract signing. This right does not apply to a subscription that has already been renewed, as the initial contract was signed at least 12 months prior. The auto-renewal extension is simply a payment for the next period and pertains to the contract that was signed at least 12 months earlier.
If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw, please send an email from the address associated with your Cookidoo® account to the local Customer Care team. In this case, we will refund the subscription fee. Alternatively, you can also do it via self-service by going to the footer and select "Withdraw Contract".
You can cancel your annual subscription at any time during the membership period through your Cookidoo® account on the web. Simply click the "Cancel Membership" button in your "Account". The membership will end at the conclusion of the 12-month period, and the subscription will not be renewed. Please note that no refund will be issued.
What happens to my profile and recipes when the subscription expires?
Your personal library of saved recipes and collections will remain on your Cookidoo® profile after your subscription expires. However, all other recipes that were only accessible during the subscription period will be greyed out or locked and no longer available.
You can view your recipes, collections, and any purchased or activated recipe chips under "Purchased Content" or "My Recipes."
After your annual subscription expires, you will still be able to cook an additional 50 Guided Cooking recipes with your Thermomix®. Beyond that, you can continue browsing the portal, but you will no longer have access to Guided Cooking functions or be able to view the recipe steps.
