How to register
To register an account on Cookidoo® you need to use your email address. Please check (Artikel: How to find the right platform), to select the correct one for your needs. Select your country of residence, confirm 2Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" and sign up.
You will receive an e-mail with a link to confirm your registration.
If you are missing this e-mail please check your junk/spam folder.
The Cookidoo® site must be opened in the browser, not in Google search, and the browser must be empty.
Certain mail providers allow different notations of their email addresses. Cookidoo® only recognises the notation you used when signed up. For example, if you registered with xyz@googlemail.com, Cookidoo® will not recognise xyz@gmail.com as login.
Other Vorwerk websites
There is a difference between Thermomix® world, Recipe World and Cookidoo®, please pay attention when trying to log in. Each site needs a different login.
Change your Email address
To change the email address, login to your Cookidoo® account and click on "Account" > "Change profile". You may replace your email address, however, please remember to verify and confirm your new email address by following instructions sent to your new email.
